Kiana Bracciodieta, Esq. joined Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A., in 2022 as an Associate.
Kiana graduated as a Delta Gamma alumnae from West Virginia University, cum laude, in 2017, with a B.A. in Criminology and a minor in Political Science. Kiana earned a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2020. During law school, Kiana continuously maintained employment. She was a legal secretary and intern on school breaks; served as her class president; received the CALI Award in Legal Reasoning, Research, and Writing; and was a member of Lugar Trial Association, Family Law Quarterly, and the Black Law Student Association. Kiana also served as a student attorney for the West Virginia Innocence Project.
After graduating from West Virginia University College of Law, Kiana served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Scott J. Bennion, J.S.C., in the Family Part. Thereafter, Kiana worked for a general litigation firm for one year. Currently, Kiana is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court District of New Jersey. Kiana is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, and Bergen County Bar Association. Kiana currently specializes in family and matrimonial law.
