90 West Palisade AvenueMeyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. is pleased to announce that the firm is expanding with two new office locations, one in Englewood, New Jersey and one in Manhattan, New York.  The Englewood office will be located in the heart of downtown Englewood at 90 West Palisade Avenue and will serve the firm’s growing list of clients in Eastern Bergen County.  According to RMFMC&B Partner, Douglas Bern, “the Englewood office will allow the firm to be more accessible to the many small and mid-size businesses in the East Bergen and Route 4 corridor.  While the firm has an excellent reputation in Bergen County, the Englewood office will allow the firm to extend its reach beyond its traditional home within the Pascack Valley.”

In addition to the new Englewood office, the firm is opening a New York Office at 515 Madison Avenue.  While the majority of the firm’s practice is in New Jersey, the firm does handle a number of matters in New York City and the surrounding counties of Rockland and Orange, including real estate and business transactions, probate and estate matters, employment issues and litigation.  With 8 of the firm’s 16 lawyers licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York, the firm looks to grow its New York practice with the addition of the new Madison Avenue office.  “The establishment of a Midtown Manhattan office,” Partner Robert Mancinelli adds “is intended to help better serve the law firm’s multi-state clientele with their transactional matters.”

Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. was founded in 1988 with four attorneys, including current Partners, Steven Rubenstein and Lawrence Meyerson.  In the past twenty-seven years, the firm has moved its main office to Montvale and expanded to now include 16 attorneys, practicing in such diverse areas as business law, real estate, redevelopment, commercial lending, commercial and estate litigation, land use, elder law, guardianship law, trust and estate planning, asset preservation law, divorce and matrimonial law, privacy and internet law and municipal law, among others.
