Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. Partner, Sharon Rivenson Mark, a Certified Elder Law Attorney, along with contributions from MFMC attorneys, Christine H. O’Donnell and Brian E. Shea, authored the 2021-2022 edition of the New Jersey Practice Series on Elder Law – Guardianships and Conservatorships and New Jersey Medicaid Laws and Regulations.  The New Jersey Practice Series published by Thomas Reuters is the foremost practitioners guide for New Jersey guardianships, conservatorships, and Medicaid planning.  In the preface to the edition, Ms. Mark writes, “Elder and disability law continues to be one of the fastest growing areas of law.”  Ms. Mark adds, “[t]he need for advocates, well-versed in the law, is greater than ever.  The challenges for attorneys in the field of elder and disability law, from guardianships and conservatorships to Medicaid – are great.  The rewards for representing this population are even greater.”
