Erik Topp joined Meyerson, Fox & Conte in 2020, practicing primarily in elder law, including estate litigation, estate administration, and guardianships. Erik is also part of the firm’s civil litigation practice, engaging in complex commercial matters and appeals.
Erik graduated summa cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2015, majoring in Political Science with minors in Economics and Philosophy. He then earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. During law school, Erik completed internships with the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, J.S.C. in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity Part and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Securities Fraud Prosecution section, and was a law clerk for the New Jersey Law Revision Commission.
Erik served as law clerk to the Honorable Walter Koprowski, Jr., P.J.Ch. in the Essex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts for the 2018-2019 court term. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey.
