Erik Topp joined the firm in 2020, concentrating his practice in the area of wills, trust, and estate law.
Erik graduated summa cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2015, earning a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Economics and Philosophy. He then earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. During law school, Erik completed internships with the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, J.S.C. in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity Part and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Securities Fraud Prosecution section, and was a law clerk for the New Jersey Law Revision Commission.
Upon graduation, Erik served as law clerk to the Honorable Walter Koprowski, Jr., P.J.Ch. in the Essex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. Prior to joining the firm, Erik was an associate with a northern New Jersey firm representing public school boards of education.
Erik is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey.
