In recent years, recreational drones have become increasingly popular.  As the number of recreational drones skyrocket, there has been an increase in the concerns that these drones have on privacy.  On March 4, 2015, Andrew P. Bolson co-authored an article published in the New Jersey Law Journal entitled, “Laws Seek to Catch Up to the Soaring Development of Recreational Drones.”  The article provides some examples of the types of privacy concerns raised by drone usage.  In addition, the article discusses the current and future state of regulation for recreational drones.  To read the article published in the New Jersey Law Journal, click HERE.
