Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. is excited to announce that James de Stefano is the latest addition to the firm as an associate in the civil litigation department. Since being barred in 2011, James has first-chaired over thirty (30) bench trials in the Superior Court, Special Civil Part.  Moreover, in May 2013, he attended the Houston Family Law Trial Institute at the South Texas College of Law reinforcing his trial skills.  His experience includes handling complex litigation both in State and Federal Court as well as tenancy matters, collection suits, personal injury claims and residential real estate closings. James attended Montclair State, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History while graduating with Honors.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law. During his time attending law school, he interned at the Bergen County Justice Center, Superior Court.
